Re-Ignite is designed for women who desire intentional time with God, meaningful Christian community, spiritual growth, genuine sisterhood and a beautiful space to rest and receive. Come as you are — you do not need to have everything figured out to belong in the room.

Yes. All meals during the retreat are included unless a specific retreat states otherwise. We intentionally include meals so you can settle into the experience without constantly budgeting for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Private chef dining, specialty coffee, refreshments and snacks may be included depending on the retreat.

Payment options vary by retreat. Most Re-Ignite Retreats offer the option to pay in full or divide your retreat investment into a payment plan. Depending on the retreat and when you register, you may be able to split your balance into up to six payments. Available payment options, deadlines and installment schedules will always be outlined on the registration page for that specific retreat.

Shared accommodations mean you are reserving a space in a shared bedroom. A typical shared room may include two queen-size beds and, depending on the villa layout, may accommodate up to four women with two women sharing each bed.

If sharing a bed is not comfortable for you, please keep this in mind before selecting a shared-room option. Limited private-room accommodations, when offered, give you the entire bedroom space to yourself and are priced separately.

Once your registration and required payment are received, you will receive a confirmation with the travel information you need to begin preparing, along with important deadlines and any required forms.

From there, we intentionally release retreat information in stages. Watch your email as we send preparation details, reminders and updates along the way. Closer to the retreat, you'll receive your invitation to the private group chat so you can connect with the other women attending.

The complete itinerary is typically shared closer to the retreat because experiences, timing and logistics can shift as we finalize the weekend. We want the itinerary you receive to be as accurate as possible.

Yes. Re-Ignite Retreats are captured through photography and video throughout the experience. You may see our media team documenting moments of worship, sisterhood, meals, activities, teachings and other parts of the retreat.

As a ministry, we believe sharing what God is doing through these experiences can encourage others and serve as another way to share His goodness beyond the walls of the retreat.

At the same time, we understand that some moments are sacred and deeply personal. Our team uses prayer, wisdom and discernment when determining what should and should not be shared publicly — especially during intimate moments of prayer, ministry and vulnerability.

By attending a Re-Ignite Retreat, please come with the understanding that photography and video are part of the retreat experience and that content captured may be used across Raise Your Spark's website, social media, promotional materials and other ministry platforms.

Airfare is not included unless a retreat package specifically states otherwise. Guests are responsible for getting to and from the retreat destination. After registration, you will receive the travel details you need — including recommended airports, arrival/departure guidance and any retreat-specific transportation information.

Yes. You will receive packing guidance and retreat preparation details before you arrive. The final itinerary is shared closer to the retreat date once the experience and timing have been finalized.

All Re-Ignite Retreat registrations and payments are non-refundable. Please register with this commitment in mind, as we are unable to issue refunds if your plans change or you are no longer able to attend.

If you are unable to attend, you may be able to transfer your spot to another eligible woman who can attend in your place, subject to approval and any applicable retreat deadlines or requirements. In rare circumstances, Raise Your Spark may choose to offer a credit toward a future retreat at its sole discretion; however, a future-retreat credit is not guaranteed and does not constitute a refund.

No. Massages and spa services are not included in the standard retreat investment. Depending on the retreat and destination, you may have the opportunity to book spa services, additional activities or optional excursions separately at an additional cost. Any available add-ons and booking details will be communicated for that specific retreat.

Yes — Re-Ignite is intentionally designed as a shared retreat experience, and the majority of our worship, meals, conversations, activities and retreat moments are experienced together as a group.

From time to time, there may also be moments specifically reserved for Raise Your Spark leadership — including partners and women who actively serve within the community. These may include leadership workshops, training, dinners, meetings or other leadership-focused activities. These moments do not happen at every retreat, but when they do, they are set aside to give our leadership team intentional time for development, alignment and connection.

No. You do not have to be an Inner Circle member to attend a Re-Ignite Retreat.

Inner Circle members do receive first access when new retreat spots launch, which can be especially helpful because our retreats are intimate and space is limited. Membership also gives you an opportunity to experience the Raise Your Spark community and begin connecting with women before retreat registration opens to the public.
